Germany remained Prague’s strongest source market, sending close to one million visitors, followed closely by travelers from the United States and the United Kingdom, each contributing just over half a million guests. 

The city shone brightest toward the year’s end. December emerged as the peak season, with hotel occupancy soaring to 86 percent, the highest level recorded all year. Prague’s winter magic—twinkling lights, historic streets, and festive markets—once again proved irresistible. 

One of the most striking trends is the strong return of Asian tourism, now accounting for more than 12 percent of all arrivals. The revival of long-haul air connections has reopened the city to distant markets, and the response has been enthusiastic. South Korea led the surge with over 185,000 visitors, marking a solid nine percent increase, while Japan made an impressive comeback, with arrivals jumping by more than 20 percent.
